Pat Douglas
Director, Administration and Fiscal Management

Pat is responsible for providing leadership, management and oversight for Human Resources, staff recognition and enrichment initiatives, staff recruitment and retention, facilities management, coordinating the management of office functions. In her role as Director of Fiscal Management, Pat manages IT financial resources and assets across DUHS. This includes capital planning and management, financial policy development, interpretation and administration for DHTS. Additionally, Pat assists the Vice President and CIO in implementing various Duke Medicine initiatives.
