Health Information Management and Credentialing Verification Office

Barbara Woolley has responsibility to direct and coordinate the activities of the Health Information Management Departments

within the Duke University Health System. She oversees the functional areas of medical record storage, medical record completion,

release of medical information, inpatient and outpatient technical coding, transcription , master patient index and enterprise master patient index.

 

Oversight responsibility for the DUHS Credentialing Verification Office (CVO) is under Barbara's direction.
